CARE INSTRUCTIONS :

 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY? 

To ensure your LanaRouhi pieces maintain their beauty for years to come, please follow these guidelines:

  • Apply cosmetics, perfumes, and lotions before putting on your jewelry.
  • Avoid exposing your jewelry to water and moisture.
  • Remove your jewelry before bedtime.
  • Clean and polish it using the provided cloth.
  • When not in use, store it in the provided pouch.

 

ORDERS AND RETURNS:  

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?  

Personlized/Custom pieces require an estimated production time of 2 to 4 business weeks prior to shipment.

For non-personalized orders, we will process and ship within 3-4 business days.

Please note that opting for expedited or overnight shipping will not accelerate the processing of your order.

 

CAN I MODIFY MY PERSONLIZED ORDER AFTER PLACING IT? 

you can send us an email or an instagram DM within 1 day ( 24hrs ) to make any changes on personalized orders. 

 

DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES? 

due to our jewelery being made to order, no refunds or exchanges are allowed.
